Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nick Ireland Fine Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

• We offer a 7-day return policy on purchases made in-store or online, with certain exclusions. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.

• Clients are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, ensuring the piece is securely packaged and fully insured for its journey back to our studio.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.

Our team is here to assist with insured return arrangements and guidance to make the process as seamless as possible.

Non returnable items :

  • Custom made Jewellery is non returnable and non refundable however we will do our best on a case by case to resolve any issues that arise .. for example , if you have purchased a custom made engagement ring in yellow gold and your partner would have preferred white gold then we can change over at cost ..the same can be said for gemstones used
  • Diamonds or Gemstones purchased on clients behalf from overseas partners

Refunds

Our custom-made jewellery pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable

Our Ready to Wear Jewellery purchased either instore or online can be returned for exchange or claim a full refund subject to the following terms:

: The jewellery piece must be returned unworn in its original condition. Each piece will be inspected by one of our jewellers and undergo a quality assessment. It the piece of jewellery has been resized , engraved or altered in any way for you it will not be returnable.
